Start each week with a short review of risks and open actions. Walk the area and check controls that matter most. Close small fixes fast and log proof. Share one page of indicators like incidents, near misses, training due, and action closeout. Use toolbox talks to keep steps simple at the point of work. Feed what you learn into your next plan so the system moves forward month by month.

Certification flow in brief

Stage 1 checks your documents, scope, and readiness. Stage 2 tests how things work in the field and in records. If there are findings you close them with actions and dates. A surveillance visit follows each year. Recertification is usually every three years.
